Helping you “Create a Strengths-based Career” means we start with identifying your strengths. 
I’m a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach which means I’m trained to use the CliftonStrengths assessment to help you identify your natural talents. You’ll get a detailed report of your Top Strengths with personalized insights on how you are unique. Then I’ll teach you to communicate your strengths throughout the job search process. We'll work together to choose a role and industry that allows you to use your strengths in your work and then I'll teach you to market yourself authentically by integrating your strengths into your job search by creating a strengths-based resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, networking strategy, and interview stories that showcase your strengths
The strengths report gives you language you can use to understand your unique value. 
When you can explain what these things mean to people who might hire you, they understand what it’s like to work with you.

Working with me as a client means we’ll stay in touch regularly through regular one on one weekly video coaching conversations, through messaging in our shared online file-sharing portal, and through completing customized worksheets and action items that move you forward toward your goal. It also means I can put thoughts into words easily, which means I’ll help you communicate your strengths well in the resume we’ll create, in the cover letters you’ll send, in your LinkedIn Profile you’ll learn to leverage, and in your clearly stated interview answers.
